Connecting Your Meta Account
Connect your Meta Ads account so we can publish directly to Facebook and Instagram.
From the campaign builder, click Connect Meta and you'll be sent through Meta's official OAuth flow. Sign in with the Facebook account that owns your Business Manager, then pick the ad account you want AdCat to publish to. Once you approve, we save a token tied to that account, you don't need to re-enter anything next time.
We request ads_management to create and edit your campaigns, ads_read to pull performance numbers for your reports, and business_management to find the ad account and pages tied to your Business Manager. We never request permission to post to your page, message your customers, or access friend lists, and Meta shows you exactly what you're granting before you approve.
Meta tokens occasionally expire, usually after a password change, a long inactivity gap, or when a Business Manager admin revokes apps. If that happens you'll see a yellow banner on your campaigns and an email from us. Click Reconnect Meta, redo the same OAuth flow, and any paused campaigns will resume from where they left off.
