    Trial, subscription charges vs ad spend, cancellations, refunds, and plan changes.

    When you sign up you get full access to AdCat for 7 days with no charge. We do ask for a credit card upfront so we can publish live campaigns on your behalf during the trial, but nothing is billed until your 7-day trial ends. You can cancel any time before then from settings with one click — if you do, any campaigns we published on your behalf are turned off immediately.

    Your first charge lands the moment your 7-day trial ends, then on the same cadence after that — every 7 days for the weekly plan, every 30 days for the monthly plan. We email a receipt the moment each charge goes through and every invoice lives under Settings → Billing. If a charge ever fails we retry quietly for 3 days before pausing your campaigns, never without telling you.

    Your AdCat subscription is a flat fee that covers campaign creation, the AI ad-set generation, ongoing optimization, and reporting — that fee goes to AdCat. Your ad spend is the money Meta actually uses to show your ads, and it gets billed directly by Meta to your own ad account, never through us. For most accounts we recommend starting at $10–$20 per day in ad spend so AdCat has enough data to learn what's converting, and you can change that cap any time without re-publishing.

    Open Settings → Billing and you'll see Cancel and Pause buttons right at the top. Cancel ends your subscription at the end of the current billing period, you keep full access until then. Pause freezes everything for up to 60 days, your campaigns stop running and we don't charge you, then you can resume in one click whenever you're ready.

    Head to Settings → Billing and click Change plan to switch between weekly ($39/week) and monthly ($99/month). Your new plan starts at your next renewal — you finish the current billing period at the rate you're already on, then we charge the new rate. Monthly saves about $57/month versus paying weekly.
